HD Realty Team receives seventy percent of one month rent
Tenant agent receives thirty percent of one month rent
Total commission equals one month rent

If our team secures the tenant without outside representation, the leasing commission equals ninety percent of one month rent.

Holly Dees leads HD Realty Team as Owner and Broker. She began her career after graduating from Texas Tech University and later earned an MBA from The University of Dallas. Early professional experience included Fidelity Investments where she obtained Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.
After several years focused on raising her family, Holly returned to the workforce and entered the Austin real estate market in 2008. Since then, her business has grown consistently through referrals, client relationships, and dedication to service.

Holly leads a team of five agents and continues to expand property management services throughout the Austin region. Outside work she enjoys running, traveling, and volunteering with community organizations including Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Austin and Austin Chicktime.
