After graduating from Texas Tech University in 1992, Holly received her MBA from The University of Dallas in 2000.
Early in Holly’s career she worked for Fidelity Investments where she earned her Series 6 and 63 licenses to sell and trade mutual funds. After 13 years at home with her children, Holly was thrilled to return to the workforce as an enthusiastic real estate agent and HOA Manager.
Today Holly is one of the most successful real estate brokers in Texas. Working in the real estate market since 2008, Holly has seen the highs and lows of the real estate market, yet her business has continued to increase year after year. In 2020, Holly officially opened HDRT Property Management. Holly had been helping her investors with their rental property for years and decided to make it official. With no advertising, the property management business has grown exponentially!
Holly loves her job and feels extremely fortunate to be allowed to do something that she really enjoys for a living. Working with people who become lifelong clients and friends is what it is all about for Holly.

Austin State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication with a Texas teachers endorsement! She was awarded an athletic scholarship to run track at SFA as well as was selected to be a part of the award winning SFA cheer squad.

After graduating from Western Washington University in 1996 with a major in Accounting and a minor in Psychology, Jodi went on to work in public accounting for almost 20 years. Jodi moved to Austin Texas in 2013 and began my real estate career by working as an escrow assistant in the title industry. Jodi is now a licensed real estate agent with the HD Realty Team.
Jodi is a devoted mother of 3, and has been very involved in the Austin and Leander ISD throughout the years with athletics, cheer and band. Jodi’s eldest is currently serving in the US Navy.
With a background in accounting, Jodi enjoys working with lenders and buyers on transactions that may not fit the normal mode. This includes investment properties, college housing, second time-first time home buyers and divorcees.

Lane graduated from Texas Tech University in 2021. He has since moved back to the Austin area to pursue his real estate business.
Lane worked in real estate in Lubbock Texas for 3 years while attending college. Lane brings years of experience in property management and leasing to the HD Realty Team. Lane is a great resource for finding that perfect college investment property.

Lorens roots growing up were in Texas, primarily Houston, however she spent the majority of her adolescence living in Trinidad & Tobago. Here she graduated high school from The International School of Port of Spain and formed relationships with people of many different backgrounds. She moved to Austin to start her college career at St. Edwards University. Loren later transferred to Texas Tech University (go Raiders!) where she graduated in 2020. She has since moved to Houston where she works as a real estate agent.
Loren is hard working and driven. Her unique upbringing has given her well rounded knowledge and perspective of the world. She works closely with her clients to ensure their satisfaction, and will make sure they come out on top.

Joel Jimenez is a dedicated real estate professional with over 13 years of experience in residential real estate, bringing extensive expertise in property sales, purchasing, investment strategies, and residential property rehabilitation.
